LACD is a construction company in London delivering residential and commercial projects as main contractor or under a single design and build contract. One team takes the work from design development and structural coordination through construction, MEP and joinery to handover, so cost, programme and risk sit with one point of responsibility.
Our work covers CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, hotel and restaurant fit-outs, commercial refurbishment, and high-end residential refurbishments, extensions, loft and basement conversions. As builders in London, we work mainly in central and inner London, often in listed buildings and conservation areas.
About Us
London Art Construction and Design
LACD is a London main contractor working with homeowners, architects, investors and developers. Our founder trained as a structural engineer and has around 20 years of construction experience.
Most of our projects are in existing buildings, including listed properties and conservation areas. We manage structure, MEP and finishes together, and prefer to be involved before the design is fixed, when sequence, cost and risk can still be changed on paper.
